Name of a Movie - Internet killing.?

I'm looking for a movie where a guy stumbles on a website were internet users pays to "hurt" and then kill people who are trapped in a room. He becomes obsessed with this site/killing and eventually ends up in the room himself and becomes the next victim. I belive this was not a main-stream hollywood movie.
