Streaming movies online?

I would like to start a business similar to netflix, but not the mailing part. I want to start a membership website that shows unlimited movies for a monthly membership price. I don't exactly know where to start first. What kind of company do I contact first to pitch my idea to and have them set the website up and get it running or is there something else I need to do first. Can anyone guide me, if you need example of what i'm talking about go to sidereel.com, I want something like that without the bootleg copies. Please help!
