Anyone heard of using wasp spray or oven cleaner instead of pepper spray as a means of defense?

I got an email that suggested using them. It said that the wasp spray had a range of up to 20 feet and would send the schmuck to the hospital. The oven cleaner would reduce the schmuck to braille.
