How should I eat some rhubarb?

Cut the stalk into about 2 inch lengths. Put all of the pieces into a saucepan with some lemon juice and cover . Heat about 10 minutes or more until soft being careful that it doesnt stick. If so , add a little water. Add cinnamon and sugar ( taste for desired sweetness) and you can eat it in a dish OR you can put it into a pie crust and bake. It is healthy for you but do not eat the leaves if there are any on it.
