Im going to get Netflix for my android phone, but i was wondering if my carrier would charge me extra fees?

so im going to want it so when i go to another city, while in the car i could watch some netflix on my android device and was wondering if my cell phone carrier would do any extra charges that have to do nothing with netflix , like $5 extra for my carrier bill that my carrier decided to charge? or will it be like streaming on a xbox / wii / ps3 ? please answer ! thanks!(;
