THE VET'S ARE ALL STUPID, answer for easy points.?

To sum it up 4 weeks ago from when this question is posted, my pet chihuahua fell off the couch and broke his leg, when we first went to the vet he told us that the paw was not broken, that it was just sprained we all thought we should wrap his paw but the vet continuously yelled at us not to, then we decided to get a second opinion actually using an x ray machine he said it was broken, but when they finally put on a cast they sprayed it with hazardous chemicals that were too strong and it burnt his skin off (literally) the inside of the cast was fused to the skin, now the doc's won't say anything, except tomorrow we have to remove a bandage they put on his arm to let the meat heal, problem is his skin still didn't grow back yet, and his paw is still broken, i'm honestly sick of all the vets few questions pertaining to this : is there anyway to still heal his bone, second is there anything we can do for his paw :third what the **** is wrong with all these stupid vet's it took two weeks for them to figure out his paw was broken then came the poor chemicals they used to burn his skin, and now they want to try and put him in another cast for three weeks, i'm honestly sick of all these vets so i don't want to sue but wat kind of schmucks would do something like this, and finally can i just get an explaination on what the **** happened.
