What is the procedure for ME/MTech admission after TANCET?

Hi i got 55.23 in TANCET 2011 in CSE/IT stream.. my unofficial rank is 72. will i get PSG Tech.. and wat are de procedure for appearing in the councellin.. am really new to dis and have no idea about the admission procedures.. plz help me out.. i belong to BC..
