Why is he being a schmuck?

He spends all day not working on the boats he needs to get paid for, wants to go fishing every day, and then talks to me like I'm the problem. I go to school, bust my rear, and take care of everything in this house, and every responsibility put before me, most of them are put there from him. He is acting like his unemployed lay about friend and I am sick of it. They used to hang out and party together and I am wondering if thats what is starting to go on again. I'm at my wits end. Any advice?
